At LUXEITEMS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received damaged/defective
  • Missing item(s) in the order

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery luxeitemscare@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video/photos as proof

⚠️ No return request will be accepted without an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind / not liking the product
  • Slight color difference due to screen lighting
  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect address/phone entered by the customer

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be sent to the original payment method

Replacement

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on availability.
